If you have recently completed your studies please do not purchase additional copies as these will not be processed or arrive any sooner than your original graduation documents. Thank you for your patience.
*** Important *** Please note that you cannot order on behalf of anyone else.
This product is designed specifically for the acquisition of additional copies of certificates or transcripts. If you have not yet been conferred an award or have received it within the past two weeks, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing additional copies of your certificate or transcript.
Following the conferment of your award, you can expect to receive an email from our Graduation Team providing details on the posting of your award documents. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox for this communication and adhere to the instructions outlined.
It is important to note that requesting hardcopies of your documents via this route does not expedite the processing and dispatch of your free copy. Our processing timeframe for purchased documents aligns with that of the Graduation Team, delivery of purchased copies is not quicker than that of the free copy. Purchased documents will not be available before original copies have been printed- If your originals have not yet been printed, we will refund this order."

Delivery
Your documents will be delivered by first class post or airmail as standard.
Courier delivery is recommended for addresses outside of the UK. Replacements for lost mail not using the courier service may be chargeable as once posted they are untracked.
