DescriptionUniversity of Exeter, Streatham Campus. Beavers are coming back to Britain, but what will the future bring? Can they provide a nature-based solution to the many problems faced by our rivers and wetlands? What’s the best way to manage unwanted impacts? How can we restore them to their former range? Beaver Trust is collaborating with the University of Exeter and Devon Wildlife Trust to share state of the art understanding from research, policy and practitioner experience of beaver restoration to answer these and other questions over a 3 day conference from 18th to 20th April 2023 at Exeter University’s campus. This timely conference will appeal to researchers, professionals, stakeholders, practitioners and all those interested in the return of the beaver to our waterways.
