The 9th Meeting of the Study Group on Genetics of Diabetes (SGGD) will be held in Exeter on 17th – 19th April 2024.
The meeting will be an opportunity to meet people – scientists, clinicians, and other professionals – who actively participate in research in the field of (epi)genomics of diabetes, its complications and related diseases.
The programme will include a mixture of keynote lectures, invited talks and oral presentations from early-career scientists, as well as poster discussions ensuring an excellent and stimulating scientific environment.

Wed 17th April – The meeting starts with Lunch, then afternoon sessions and evening wine reception.
Thurs 18th April – Full day of sessions, lunch and dinner provided.
Friday 19th April – Morning sessions and then the meeting closes with lunch.

To cancel a registration, registrants must email a request to the organising committee via [email protected] before Wednesday 10th April 2024. Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of £50.00 however there will be no charge to cancel your registration if you identify a replacement delegate who can attend in your place. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 8th April 2024 except in exceptional circumstances.
