Join us for our festive Christmas Day event.

This year we will be spreading the festive cheer for those students who are spending the holiday season with us on campus.

Join us and your fellow students for a Christmas lunch with all the trimmings.

Arrive at from 12:30 for lunch to be served at 1pm in to the Lopes Dining Room.

•  Roasted breast of Turkey, with pork sausage wrapped in bacon, a sage and onion stuffing ball, rich Turkey jus and Cranberry Sauce.

Or

• Festive Root Vegetable Wellington - A puff pastry parcel with butternut squash, celeriac, parsnips and savoy cabbage, served with a vegetarian jus.

Gluten Free option available

Served with crisp roast potatoes, new potatoes, carrots, honeyed roasted parsnips, peas, button sprouts.

For dessert choose from:

• Traditional Christmas pudding served with a rum sauce,
• Snowy white chocolate fudge cake
• Mince pies with clotted cream.

Coffee and mints will finish your meal

After lunch we will be following the tradition by inviting you to join us to watch the King's speech in the Lopes Hall  Social Space.

The event will close after the King's speech has finished

Cost: £15.00 per ticket.

 

Limited number of tickets are available, so book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.

Tickets sales will close at 12 midday on Monday 18th December. Subject to availability. 

 If you have been awarded the University Hardship and Retention Fund, come from a widening participation background or are unable to buy a ticket due to a financial barrier please contact [email protected] who will be able to assist you in purchasing a ticket. They will aim to respond to your email within 1 working day. Please note that tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are limited.

Cancellations:

Please email [email protected] to cancel your ticket. Cancellations received before 12 midday on Friday 15th December will receive a full refund.
