Case management and clinical skills supervision are integral to effective delivery of low-intensity CBT, and PWP development and wellbeing. Once PWPs have completed the supervisor training, there is often a lack of ongoing CPD to ensure supervisor skills are continually improving, and supervisors are ensuring they are maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the growing and evolving evidence base, to ensure they are meeting the needs of diverse PWPs. This one-day workshop offers a refresher to existing PWP supervisors, to consider more general supervisor competencies and skills, such as considering risk and intersectionality, as well as the skills specific to a low-intensity setting.  The day will include attention to the theory surrounding supervision, and advancing supervisor competencies identified by Roth and Pilling, and the supervision best practice guidance. There will be opportunity for reflection on your supervisory practice, to enhance development and facilitate the development of an ongoing action plan.
