Replacement cards cost £10 plus delivery charges as outlined below:

Delivery options

Please select how you wish to receive your replacement Unicard. Collection in person (no additional charge) is strongly recommended. Where in person collection is not possible, all cards will be posted tracked/signed for mail and the appropriate delivery charges will be added dependent on location.

Collection in person

If you choose to collect your card in person then please wait until you receive confirmation that your card has been printed. Once notified, you will be able to collect your card from the Student Information Desk in the Forum or at Info at St Luke’s according to your selection below. 

Please note: you must show another form of identification (bank card, driving licence or passport) to the Helpdesk staff when you go to collect your new card.

If you need a replacement card immediately and urgently, please come in person to the Student Services Centre in the Forum during SID opening hours which can be found here. 

If your UniCard has been stolen, please report the stolen card to the Police and note your Crime Reference Number.  You can then get your card replaced for free.
