This free trip to the beautiful and historic city of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a lovely way to explore the south west.

Bath has been famous since Roman times for its healing thermal waters and people still travel here today to bathe at the Thermae Bath Spa, in the only natural hot springs in Britain.

Fans of Bridgerton will enjoy spotting Georgian buildings used in the filming of this popular Netflix series and the impressive Roman Baths date back to 43AD.

Book-lovers can explore the streets that Jane Austen walked through and visit the Jane Austen Centre to find out more about Bath’s most famous resident. While lovers of science fiction can learn about Mary Shelley’s unusual life at Mary’s Shelley’s House of Frankenstein.

Other attractions include canal boat tours, Royal Crescent, Bath Skyline, Parade Gardens and Royal Victoria Park which hosts carnivals and seasonal events. It is fantastic for shopping with the main areas being SouthGate shopping centre, the Corridor arcade and artisan shops at Walcot, Milsom, Stall and York Streets. There are theatres, including the Theatre Royal, as well as several museums including the Museum of Bath Architecture, the Victoria Art Gallery, the Museum of East Asian Art, the Herschel Museum of Astronomy, Fashion Museum, and the Holburne Museum. 

 The coach will pick up at East Park in the morning and drop you home at the end of the day - Please book your free spot by 12 July 2024.
