The Language Centre reserves the right to cancel classes at the start of term or at the latest in the first week of term if the minimum number of students required is not reached. If a course is cancelled or withdrawn by the university, course fees will be refunded in full.

Withdrawing from a course

If you choose to cancel your place prior to the commencement of the course, a standard administration fee of £25 will be retained. Once a course has started, please note that course fee refunds are NOT applicable.
