GW4 Cytometry Computing Workshop 2026

Description

A four-day, expert-led, modular data science workshop from R programming fundamentals, data QC and visualisation, high-dimensional cytomics and machine learning workflows. Participants will learn reproducible and scalable tools for cytometry analysis, including data cleaning, visualisation, automated gating, clustering and machine learning approaches.

Date: 27-30th July 2026

Venue: Babbage Computer Lab, Innovation Centre, University of Exeter

Optional on-campus accommodation at Holland Hall (£80/night incl. breakfast)
