This qualification is designed to enable learners to communicate with deaf people in British Sign Language (BSL) on a range of topics that involve simple, everyday language use. The specification has been designed to be consistent with the National Language Standards at Level 1. Open to all adults over 18.

THIS COURSE WILL TAKE PLACE ON CAMPUS

A 10 week evening course for French Beginners with little or no previous experience of the language required. 

This non-credit bearing weekly course is intended for learners who are complete beginners in the French languag. Participants will develop some basic reading, listening, speaking and writing skills through a series of task-oriented sessions and will be provided with informal formative feedback during contact hours. The completion level of the course is broadly equivalent to the A1.1 level of the Common European Framework.

Open to all adults over 18.
