In registering for the Conference you agree to the ML4EO conference team using the personal data you provide to us to process your registration and provide applicable conference updates and services. 

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by contacting us at [email protected].  

Photography and recordings 

Photographs and video recordings may be taken and made at the conference by the ML4EO Conference team and used in post-event publicity and on future marketing materials. In registering to attend the conference, delegates agree to the ML4EO team taking photographs and videos and using them as set out above. If you do not wish to be in any photography or video, you must notify a member of the ML4EO conference team immediately upon arrival at the conference. 

Cancellation policy 

Any amendment to a delegates' registration must be made by email to [email protected] in. Amendment and cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email protected]. A 100% refund is available for cancellations made by the 31st of March and 50% for those requested by 31st of May.
