Detailed Description
Fee: £750.00 per learner
Help to Grow Management is a 12 week programme for SME leaders designed to fit alongside work commitments. It is a mix of online and face to face learning and participants will also have access to 1:2:1 business mentoring. It is 90% government funded meaning participants only need to pay £750 for the course. Throughout the programme participants will develop their own unique Growth Action Plan to help lead and grow their business.
The programme is broken down as follows:
- 8 x facilitated 2 hour online sessions,
- 4 x 4 hour practical face to face workshops
- 10 hours of 1:2:1 support from a mentor with experience of running a business.

To be eligible for the course SME's must have between 5 and 249 employees based in the UK, has been operational for more than a year and is not a charity.
