Please note the price to produce replacement / additional award documents for graduates from before 2000 includes a small additional charge to reflect the increased administrative cost of preserving and retrieving records from our archive.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of all orders for transcripts/certificates awarded prior to 2000 due to limitations with the records we hold. We will deal with these on a case-by-case basis, and we provide a refund where necessary. Delivery
Important: please note that we cannot email uncertified copies of your transcripts and/or certificates. If you would like a certified copy to be emailed/posted to you or a third party, you will be required to place a separate order for this service here: https://store.exeter.ac.uk/product-catalogue/transcripts-and-certificates/certified-copies and provide us with clear scans of your original award documents. If you no longer have your original hardcopies and would like a certified copy, you will also be required to purchase new hard copies as well as certified copies.
Our turnaround time for processing these orders varies depending on the time of the year and the age of the record from which a certificate and/or transcript is produced. Typically, we aim to process certificates and transcript within 10 working days of receiving an order. Orders for records which date from before the year 2000 may take longer for us to process. Please contact us if your order is urgent but note that we may not be able to expedite your order.
Your documents will be posted by Standard Royal Mail. Documents sent using standard Royal Mail do not come with a tracking number and delivery can take up to 2 weeks for UK delivery and up to 6 weeks for international delivery.
Courier delivery is recommended for addresses outside of the UK. Replacements for lost mail not using the courier service may be chargeable as once posted they are untracked.
