General Description:

This non-credit bearing weekly course is intended for those with little or no knowledge of phonetics and phonology. This course will be particularly useful for those who wish to gain an understanding of the pronunciation of the entire Present-Day Cornish language community with all its variation. Participants will develop basic skills through a series of talks, exercises and discussions.

This course is focussed on developing oral and written comprehension and expression in order to facilitate success in the ­­­­DELE B1 exam. 

Students will practise the four skills and will get used to the methodology of the exam with an accredited examiner.  Participants will be asked to complete exercises at home every week to consolidate their progress in class.
