Use this link only if you have ordered additional / replacement copies of your transcript or certificate via the online store and would like these sent via DHL courier. Cost minimum £10 + delivery.
If you are a new graduate awaiting the original hard copies of your award documents, please DO NOT use this product link. New graduates who are not collecting their documents at a Graduation ceremony should order DHL Courier delivery for their original award documents here: (insert link to new store product “Courier Delivery for New Graduates only”)

Courier delivery is recommended for addresses outside of the UK. Replacements for lost mail not using this service may be chargeable as once posted they are untracked.
If you are purchasing additional or replacement transcripts or certificates and wish to ensure tracked, secure delivery we suggest that you purchase DHL postage. You will receive a tracking number directly from DHL once your documents have left the University.

Please note that the initial cost of £10 will show in your basket. Any additional delivery charges listed above will be added on entry of the delivery address.
Please note that due to ongoing covid-19 restrictions our carriers have advised that deliveries to some provinces in China cannot be fulfilled. If you would like to purchase DHL delivery to an address that is currently facing restrictions you may proceed but please be aware no orders will be shipped until we are advised that deliveries to this area have resumed.
