Located on the University's Streatham Campus, the Peter Chalk Centre provides a modern, fully-equipped conference venue. The Streatham campus, the University’s largest site in Exeter, is built around a country estate overlooking the city and is readily acknowledged as one of the most beautiful in the country.

A Registered Botanic Garden, Streatham Campus is described by The Times as the ‘best-gardened campus in Britain’ and by The Independent as having a ‘sublime’ setting. The grounds feature many exotic trees and shrubs and with stunning views across the city to the sea at Exmouth. Many students say they simply fell in love with the campus when they came to visit – its lakes, parkland, woodland and gardens make it a very special place that offers a safe and enjoyable environment for study. All the teaching buildings, together with the sports park, the library, the shopping centre, restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance of each other.

Registration is mandatory for all conference participants. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. On-site registration and registration badge pick-up for all advanced registrations can be done at the conference registration desk. I'll be sure to include more details on timing in this space soon.

Full non-IEEE: GBP 500
Full IEEE: GBP 470
Students, young authors and retired authors (Non-IEEE): GBP 250
Students, young authors and retired authors (IEEE): GBP 235
Late registrations will be increased to: + GBP100

All attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed above to join the conference.

Full Regular registration (both member and non-member rates) will allow the authors maximum of two submission uploads.
A student can also consider the full regular registration option for uploading their paper.
Students, young authors and retired authors does not include a paper upload.
To avoid registration confusion, students, young authors and retired authors registration category from above list will open only after the Final Paper Upload Deadline, 1 May 2026.
