DescriptionJoin Lisa Lea-Weston for an ecosystemic psychotherapy workshop on on 23rd June 2026. This session will explore what it means to take supervisory practice into natural settings, inviting participants to consider how working outdoors can shape reflection, connection, and insight. It will examine the ways in which nature can support thinking and feeling across both human systems and the wider ecological world. Through a blend of practical, reflective, experiential, and creative approaches, the day will offer opportunities to engage directly with these ideas. Lisa will draw on case studies from her work supervising therapists as well as senior leaders in education and other helping professions, illustrating how nature-informed practice can unfold in diverse contexts. The course is designed for supervisors who are curious about working in nature, as well as those already doing so who wish to deepen their inquiry and explore emerging questions. Participants will be invited to step outside—both literally and metaphorically—and to consider how engaging with the natural environment can expand and enrich supervisory practice.
