The full experience. Engage with leading speakers, researchers and hands-on workshops from practitioners at the forefront of the field. At the heart of the programme is the internationally renowned Dreamshadow® Transpersonal Breathwork workshop , a rare, immersive two-day practice led by direct trainees of Stanislav Grof, travelling from the United States to deliver this work in person.

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful, clinically respected practice used for deep self-exploration, emotional processing, and expanded states of consciousness. This method works at a profound level. Through intensified breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, expressive drawing, and group integration, participants are guided into non-ordinary states that can surface insight, healing, and a deeper encounter with themselves.
