• Acceptance & Participation
  Participation is based on accepted submissions. Acceptance has been confirmed via formal notification. You can only register for this event if you have received a formal acceptance letter.
• Registration Deadline
  Participants must register and pay by 22 May 2026.
• Co-authors
  One place per accepted proposal is guaranteed. Additional co-authors may be accommodated subject to availability.
• Event Ethos
  This event prioritises ecological awareness, collective responsibility, and alternative modes of scholarly engagement. Participants are expected to approach the experience with openness to experimentation, collaboration, and non-traditional academic practices.
• Refund Policy:
  Bookings are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable. As places are limited and costs are committed in advance, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for cancellations. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
  The University reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, format, timing, or venue if necessary. If the conference is cancelled, liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee paid. No responsibility can be accepted for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.
  Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance where appropriate.
