Playposium 2026 — Refund & Substitution PolicyWe understand that plans can change. Please review the policy below before requesting a cancellation. 1) How to Request a CancellationAll cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organising team at: playposium@exeter.ac.uk Verbal or indirect requests cannot be processed. 2) Refund Deadlines
No refunds are issued for no-shows. 3) Delegate SubstitutionIf you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than 1 week before the event start date and must include the substitute’s name, organisation, and contact details. 4) Event CancellationIf the Playposium is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: a full refund, or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled event.
